The Viktorfeed shows an Eastern Skyjets (icao ESJ) flight from Cairo into Dubai. Flight number ESJ020, arrived 2300Z, very likely one of their two executive-config DC-9s.

Is the Viktorfeed still broken for Abu Dhabi and Sharjah? I almost never see anything from those airports in the feed any more...

SHJ never broke. There just aren't many movements that aren't in the whitelist.
Unfortunately the whitelist probably caught most interesting movements from Egypt. But as Schneier says, you can't automate hinky.
