At 0816 hours, Thursday 17th February 2005, IP address 62.160.71.179 searched French Google for "KH-55" and hit the Ranter as the highest result that wasn't in Chinese (as you can see if you load the search). The IP range 62.160.71.xxx belongs to the "service informatique"=IT department of the French President's office, as this whois makes clear.
